The Office Essentials family has been doing great things in supporting its customers for well over 50 years, being firmly cemented at the heart of the local communities we serve across Cheshire, East Midlands and South Wales.
We are not an organisation which usually seeks out the limelight but instead pride ourselves on being a ‘quiet’ partner who is solid, dependable and reliable for all the usual stuff you need to run an effective business and in many cases for additional and unique services tailored to meet exacting customer requirements – even helping with Christmas decorations.
But, when our long-standing customers within the Welsh NHS take the time to say, in writing, about the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE they received on Christmas Eve, the time is right to reflect on the team and the service we provide and take centre-stage for once.
Our customer, Hannah is very impressed with the customer service provided by Frazer Hogg, who has served the local community in South Wales for over 35 years, for going above and beyond to meet their requirements on Christmas Eve.
Hannah said, “He has gone above and beyond our request by offering various items, all itemised with options and even sourcing options from other suppliers for us and not even stopping at this and offering us more options should we need them. I’m very impressed with his customer service both today and from all my times dealing with Frazer. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with.”

The team’s collective experience spans more than 370 years, and they are fully empowered to do the right thing for their customers, ensuring they live their values and “help to make their customers’ lives easier”.
We all know that budgets are tight for everyone and in a world where ‘price’ appears to be everything and is very transparent, the sad result is that ‘value’ is diminished. It’s hard to articulate what makes businesses special – for Office Essentials making our customers’ lives easier is what everyone delivers every day.
Frazer has worked for the business for over 35 years and has never thought about working anywhere else.
