1. The Promotor

1.1       The promoter is Office Essentials Limited, Lowmoor Business Park, Kirkby in Ashfield Notts NG17 7LA.

2. The Competition

2.1       The title of the giveaway is “Win a Look Fantastic Beauty Advent Calendar (Worth Over £655)”

2.2       The giveaway will run from 17:00 on Wednesday 5^th November 2025 until 12noon on Monday 1^st December 2025.

2.3       The winner of the giveaway will be chosen by way of a randomiser wheel prize draw that will take place on Monday 1^st December 2025, from all eligible entries. The winner will be selected at random, as defined above, by a representative from Office Essentials Limited.

3. How to enter

3.1       You will be eligible to enter the giveaway when you purchase any Nescafe products from Office Essentials Limited between the 5^th November and the 1^st December.

3.2       Upon purchase of a relevant product, your entry will automatically be made.  There are no limits to the number of times you will be entered, as each order of the eligible products will create a new entry.

3.3       All orders must be received by Office Essentials by no later than the closing date advertised, 12noon on the 1^st December 2025.  If your order is received after this cut-off date, your entry shall be automatically disqualified.

3.4       Office Essentials will not accept responsibility for orders that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any online platform or internet failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. 

3.5       By submitting an order for the giveaway, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility

4.1       You must have submitted an appropriate order with your correct contact details

4.2       The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except: 

4.2.a employees of Office Essentials or its holding or subsidiary companies; 

4.2.b employees of agents or suppliers of Office Essentials or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

4.2.c members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

4.3       In entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Office Essentials may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

4.4       Office Essentials reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize giveaway. 

4.5       You must be a current or previous customer of Office Essentials.

5.2       The giveaway is not negotiable or transferable or refundable.

6. Winner announcement

6.1       The winner of the prize giveaway will be announced on our website (https://www.office-essentials.co.uk/) within a reasonable time following the giveaway closing date (1^st December 2025). There will only be one winner for the giveaway.

6.2       The decision of Office Essentials is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered.

6.3       Office Essentials will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the contact details provided with the order.  Office Essentials will not amend any contact information once the order has been submitted.

6.4       Office Essentials may publish the name of the winner on their website and social media.

7. Claiming the prize

7.1       Office Essentials will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their giveaway within 7 days of the date of the draw, Office Essentials reserves the right to offer the giveaway to the next eligible entrant selected from the eligible orders that were received before the draw date of the giveaway.

7.2       Office Essentials does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the giveaway.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1       As permitted by law, Office Essentials its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Office Essentials, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights

9.1       All orders and any accompanying material submitted to Office Essentials will become the property of Office Essentials.

9.2       By submitting your order and any accompanying material, you agree to:

9.2.1 assign to Office Essentials all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and

9.2.2 waive all moral rights, in and to your giveaway order and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

9.3 You agree that Office Essentials may, but is not required to, make your winning position available on its website https://www.office-essentials.co.uk/ and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant Office Essentials a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-license the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.

10. Data protection and publicity

10.1    If you are the winner of the giveaway, you agree that Office Essentials may use your name, image, and town or county of residence to announce the winner of the giveaway.

10.2    By entering the giveaway, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the order may be held and used only by Office Essentials or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

10.3    Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent. Data relating to entrants will be retained by Office Essentials for a reasonable period after the giveaway closes to assist Office Essentials in operating competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Competition.

11. General

11.1    If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Office Essentials may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

11.2    Office Essentials reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

11.3    These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
